Per Fannie Mae’s recent Refi Plus selling guide announcement (SEL-2011-12) – DU Refi Plus product changes are contingent on Fannie Mae updating Desktop Underwriter (DU) in March 2012.   Gateway will continue to monitor and evaluate this product as we wait for Fannie to update DU.
