Many of our customers, while finding Gateway's organizational procedures fresh, progressive and welcoming, can find it very different from much of our competition. As your file travels through our systems you will work with each department directly ensuring you the best possible service. Once you have followed the submission instructions and sent your file to our setup department you will want to be sure to watch for an email confirming the receipt of your file. Once you have receive this confirmation the clock starts and you can then expect your decision by our published turn times. When the file status is updated, you will receive an automated email from GMOS (please be certain that notifier@gmos.us is in your safe senders list!) notifying you. You may then contact your UW coordinator for any file questions or issues. You will work with your coordinator to get your file out of UW and into closing. Once your file has made it into our closing department, you will be assigned a closer and then on to funding and your funder.
