Effective Monday July 12^th Gateway will only accept appraisals ordered from a recognizable appraisal firm or through Gateway’s own appraisal management company R.A.M. Both HVCC and FHA compliance for appraisals is being heavily scrutinized. Effective Monday we ask that all appraisals NOT ordered thru R.A.M. come from an acceptable third party vendor that meets all HVCC and HUD requirements. Thank you
