Great news!

We have enhanced our closing policy to better accommodate you and your files and maintain our premium level of service to you.

Effective with all loans Clear to Close on or after Monday, Nov. 9^th:

Þ Closing Instructions will be sent to your title company/attorney within 24 hours of your clear to close notice...provided, your file contains all necessary documentation to close the loan, and you provide us with a closing date (docs cannot be prepared without a closing date).

Þ Your closing date must be scheduled no sooner than 48 hours preceding your Clear to Close notice.

o Example: Loan is Clear to Close at 12pm Monday. Closing Instructions will be sent to title company by 12pm Tuesday. Closing should not be scheduled before 12pm Wednesday.

Þ Loans scheduled sooner than 48 hours from the Clear to Close time/date or that require docs to be out less than 24 hours from same, will incur a $150 Rush Fee...which will be reflected on the HUD-1. While we will do everything in our power to accommodate, "Rush" closing requests on purchases for same day closings after 12pm central time may not receive wire until the following business day.
