that has an appraisal dated within the “incident period” for any
county located in a federally declared disaster area.

properties are not located in a disaster area with an appraisal dated within
the incident period.
If you do, the Disaster
Inspection Certification form will be a requirement as a
PTC…and will NOT be moved to a PTF.
