I have had to make some changes to our Conventional
Guidelines/Policies due entirely to default rate.
Please make a note of the following changes effective
November 1st, 2009:
Þ No
second homes or Investment properties allowed
Þ No Conventional loans in IL or FL
Þ All loans fitting any of the above MUST close
and fund by October 31st, 2009
