Gateway Mortgage Group LLC, Tulsa and Dallas offices, will be closed Friday, December 25, 2009, in celebration of Christmas Day.  We will, also, be closed Friday, January 1, 2010, in celebration of New Years’ Day.

The last day to close a refinance transaction so that it will fund/settle in 2009 is Thursday, 12/24.  If your title company will not be open on the 24^th (Christmas Eve), then your refinance transaction must close by Wednesday, 12/23, in order to fund/settle in December.  Refinance transactions closed on Monday, 12/28, will not fund/settle until Monday, 1/4/10.
