In addition to the below
information, our offices will be closed this Friday, Dec. 24th, and
next Friday, Dec. 31st.
No wires will be transmitted
those days.
Lock
Desk will also be closing at Noon CT on Thursday December 23, and will
reopen with published rates on Monday December 27th. All locks,
extensions, relocks and changes to locks must be submitted prior to noon on
December 23rd. Lock Desk will be closed December 24th.
Requests submitted after noon CT on December 23rd will not be processed until rates
are published on Monday December 27th. Lock expirations are printed on lock
confirmations in GMOS; they do not roll through weekends or holidays.
Please plan accordingly. Our banks are closing early this week, and are
requesting a final count for all wires to be done for Thursday and Friday
(Christmas eve) by 4pm Wednesday afternoon.
Please
advise title companies that if they are planning to close this Thursday or
Friday, we must have a final hud by 4pm Wednesday.
*No
exceptions --- they will need to wait until Monday, December 27th to
receive the wire if the final hud is not received in time.
