Due to investor guideline changes, effective immediately, Gateway will no longer accept Conventional loan appraisals unless they have been ordered through our system (link below).  Regardless of previous emails on the matter, Gateway will no longer accept Conventional appraisal “transfers”.  Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you or your borrowers.
