On all Full Submissions through December, with all items needed to clear underwriting including income, LOE's if necessary, FHA case number transferred into
Gateway's name, Hazard insurance, LDP, GSA, clear caivers
etc. etc….. all items with the exception
of any two 2 stips (including appraisal and Title) will receive a .25
improvement at lock!
