Per Diem & other sources of non-taxable income earned on a W-2'd job cannot
be used to qualify?
For
example if I work as a contract UW and i get per diem when out of town, if it
is not declared by my employer on my W-2 at year end it CANNOT be counted as
effective income to qualify!
