Subject: FHA Max Properties

Hi Benny!

We have a client that is purchasing a home for 225k fha.  Currently he owns 8 properties with 6 of them having loans on them.    He is moving up from his primary residence worth approx 155k to a home on 7 acres so Im not worried about the Owner Occ concerns,  what I am wanting to verify is that you don’t have a max property financed rule for FHA?
