If this is truly a manufactured home you will need to provide proof or USDA will think that is a home.

So yes, they would still be able to qualify for a USDA loan! Happy selling Janelle!

Great question. Shanna, borrower has title to trailer home in their name, but owns no dirt.

Can they do USDA you think?

Subject: question

I have a couple that want to buy a house for their growing family.

they currently live in a trailor that is on her fathers land next to his house.

They do NOT own any land...but the title to the trailor is in their name.

Can they qualify for a rural development loan since they actually dont own a home or property?
