Last week
was crummy!!! This week isn’t much better!
Due to
multiple obstacles presenting themselves to us last week, including:
A mail exchange server issue that
took our IT department 30+ hours on the phone with Microsoft to solve
The termination of one UW and all of
that UW’s files had to be re-underwritten
Influx of submission at about 218%
of average 3 days last week.
We like to
do things fast and accurate and offer our customers the service they want and
need.. just wasn’t the case
last week.. probably wont be this week.
The forecast
is current 96 hours for UW and stips on all products until 9/21.
