When a file has been submitted to another lender prior to being submitted to Gateway, we will make the following stipulation on the Approval:

1. PTC: File initially submitted to [lender name]. Provide Denial/Cancellation statement from previous Lender.

° This stipulation is required on all files where indications in the file are that we are not the first lender the file went to. This stipulation does not take the place of your standard checks in FHA Connection for previous lender denial.

° This stipulation applies to all products, where warranted.

° This stipulation must be satisfied as a PTC and cannot be waived, or moved to PTF (except by Kim, Whitney, or Steve’s exception).

If you are submitting a file to Gateway that was previously submitted to a different lender, please prepare for this!
