A
property with a swimming pool is acceptable collateral for USDA per recent update
which states:
pools are allowed, however the appraiser cannot assign it any
real value or state anywhere in the report that he is not assigning it value
due to the USDA rule, further he cannot make any adjustment(s) to the subject
or comps for having or not having a pool.
