Please note holiday lock desk hours:
Lock Desk will be closing early,
at 12 noon CT on Friday December 17th.
All locks, extensions, relocks and changes to locks must be
submitted prior to Noon on December 17th.
Requests submitted after 12 noon will not be processed until
rates are published on Monday December 20th, and will be subject to current
pricing.
Remember to extend any locks expiring December 17th
or over that weekend prior to noon on the 17th.
Lock Desk will also be closing at Noon CT on
Thursday December 23, and will reopen with rates on Monday December 27th.
All locks, extensions, relocks and changes to locks must be submitted prior to
noon on December 23rd. Lock Desk will be closed December 24th.
Requests submitted after noon CT on December 23rd will not be processed until
rates are published on Monday December 27th.
Lock expirations are printed on lock
confirmations in GMOS; they do not roll through weekends or holidays.
Please plan accordingly.
