Subject: FW: Redraw fees

Effective immediately, our official redraw policy and fees are as follows:

A "Redraw" is defined as: Any change circumstance, situation or loan parameter, the result of which is a change to the closing documents, provided that said circumstance, situation or loan parameter is not the direct result of an error by Gateway's closing department.

Redraw fee and schedule are defined below:

1st Redraw $0.00

2nd Redraw $50.00

3rd Redraw $100.00

4th Redraw $200.00

5th or more Redraw $300 each redraw

Example 1:

Gateway must redraw closing documents due to incorrect fees in our closing instructions. No Redraw Fee.

Example 2:

Docs are drawn on VA Streamline. When HUD is provided by title, borrower is getting too much money back. Loan amount must be reduced, and closing instructions redrawn. 1st occurrence is $0.00 redraw fee.
