The maximum pricing for RD loans is mandated by USDA; this maximum rate is calculated from the 90 Day Actual/Actual rate published daily.

The market appears to be moving downward (rate) and this will likely affect the maximum rate for RD loans.  Please be aware that if RD lock expires relock requires no more than maximum rate for the day of relock, and it is done at worse case pricing.

Watch your expiration dates carefully!
