Tip of the day – Verification of Rental history

GMG requires rental verification on all borrowers, regardless of the AUS requirements.

If the borrower has rented from an apartment complex or institutional leasing company, a VOR alone is acceptable.

If the borrower rents from a private individual, both a VOR and 12 months of canceled checks are required.
